I have been extensively involved in real estate development and securitization for over 20 years. I have a proven track record, particularly in hands-on corporate turnarounds through M&A and commercial land development.
I previously managed commercial land development and securitization at Meiwa Jisho Co., Ltd. I have also held director positions at Ansemu Co., Ltd. and Meiho Enterprise Co., Ltd.
Born in Hakodate, Hokkaido, and raised in Sapporo.

Daisuke Suwa

Born and raised in Sapporo, Japan. After earning an MBA in the United States, he joined Mitsui Fudosan Realty Sapporo Co., Ltd., where he spent 22 years building expertise across commercial brokerage, high-net-worth advisory, property management, and international business development — including luxury hotel condominium sales in Niseko. Having led three business divisions, he brings both strategic vision and hands-on experience to every client engagement.

Born and raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. She spent approximately seven years at Sinyi Realty, one of Taiwan's leading real estate firms, where she gained experience in executive assistance, sales support, and Japan-focused real estate operations. In 2019, she joined REAX International Co., Ltd., where she handles contract management and international client relations. Licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist.
